岗位职责
1.对接外籍 / 海外客户，独立开展房产商务谈判、磋商及签约工作
2.房产项目推介、投资分析，提供专业地产咨询服务
3.跟进项目全流程，维护客户关系，收集海外市场信息
4.英文商务沟通、外文资料处理，推进涉外业务
任职要求
1.外籍女性，18-35 岁，持有合法护照及国内工作证件，可正常入职
2.英语流利，可独立商务谈判接待
3.懂房地产知识，具备商务谈判能力；有涉外房产经验优先
4.擅长跨文化沟通，责任心强，能抗压
薪资福利
高薪面议，底薪 + 高额提成 + 奖金，收入上不封顶。 带薪假期、节日福利、培训晋升；协助办理工作手续，提供客户资源
