岗位职责：
1.战略采购与供应商开发Strategic Procurement and Supplier Development
(1)在全球范围内甄选并引入具有竞争力的供应商，通过谈判及绩效改进举措建立长期合作伙伴关系，实现成本节约。Identified and onboarded competitive suppliers globally, driving long-term partnerships and delivering cost savings through negotiation and performance improvement initiatives.
(2)为糖果、药品、食品、厨具及电子产品采购供应商进行来源评估与筛选Source and evaluate suppliers for confectionery, pharmaceuticals, food, kitchenware, and electronics
(3)根据业务需求，从中国、欧洲及远东地区筛选、评估并选定可靠的供应商/制造商，为快速消费品/ FMCD /食品/大宗商品领域提供服务。Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/manufacturers from China, Europe, Far East for FMCG/FMCD/Food/Commodities based on business needs
(4)负责启动、监督及谈判供应商合同以建立长期合作关系，确保价格竞争力、产品质量及供应可靠性Initiate, oversee, and negotiate supplier contracts for long-term relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliable supplies
(5)定期开展供应商绩效评估并推动成本削减策略实施Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive cost reduction strategies
2.采购业务Procurement Operations
(1)通过ERP系统（Axpert）管理完整的采购全生命周期，包括询价单（RFQ）、采购订单、抽样检验、质量控制检查、合同最终确认及物流协调。Managed full procurement lifecycle including RFQs, purchase orders, sampling, QC checks, contract finalization, and logistics coordination via ERP (Axpert).
(2)起草、审核并批准采购订单，确保规格、数量、价格及合规要求准确无误Raise, review, and approve purchase orders, ensuring accurate specifications, quantity, price, and compliance requirements
(3)生成形式发票，并与团队协调采购需求Generate Pro Forma invoices and coordinate purchase requests with the team
(4)跟踪货物运输、付款情况，并确保与供应商保持及时沟通Track shipments, payments, and ensure timely supplier communication
3.进出口及国际协调Import and Export and International Coordination
(1)与合作伙伴/客户及物流部门保持协调，确保国际业务顺利开展及出口货物及时发运Liaise with partners/customers and logistics for smooth international operations and export shipment dispatch
(2)确保国际运输的法规与文件合规性，包括产品标签、海关清关及跨多个市场的出口注册。Ensured regulatory and documentation compliance for international shipments, including product labeling, custom clearance, and export registration across multiple markets.
(3)根据业务需求开展海关/自定义标签开发Handle customs/private label development as per business requirements
4.新品开发 (NPD)New Product Development (NPD)
(1)基于市场反馈及样品对比分析，识别并开发新产品线及供应商Identify and develop new product lines and suppliers based on market feedback and comparative analysis of samples
(2)基于市场反馈与趋势分析，启动了白标/私有品牌项目并开发了新产品线。Initiated white/private label programs and sourced new product lines based on market feedback and trend analysis.
5.成本优化与谈判Cost Optimization and Negotiation
(1)主导价格谈判、 MOQ 最终确定、选择国际贸易术语（Incoterms）以及进行到岸成本分析，以保护利润空间并提升盈利能力。Led price negotiations, MOQ finalization, Incoterms selection, and landed cost analysis to protect margins and enhance profitability.
(2)分析落地成本与供应商竞争力；确保与预期利润率保持一致Analyze landed costs and supplier competitiveness; ensure alignment with margin expectations
6.跨部门协作Cross-department collaboration
(1)与销售、财务、物流及质量团队协同合作，确保供应链执行流程顺畅无阻，并与内外部利益相关方保持及时沟通。Collaborated with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
(2)定期向供应商提供订单状态、延误情况及销售/预测报告的更新信息Provide regular updates on order status, delays, and sales/forecast reports to suppliers
(3)确保文件资料符合审计要求并符合公司标准Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with company standards
7.文件审计及处理Document Audit and Processing
(1)维护与审计及合规标准一致的采购记录及供应商沟通轨迹。Maintained procurement records and supplier communication trails aligned with audit and compliance standards.


岗位要求：
1.所需技能与能力Required Skills & Competencies
(1)具备出色的英语沟通能力；精通价格谈判与成本核算技巧；对糖果制品、食品、厨具及电子产品线具有深入理解Excellent English communication; strong price negotiation and costing skills; in-depth understanding of confectionery, food, kitchenware, electronics product lines
(2)对快速消费品/ FMCD /食品产品标准、包装及保质期的认知Knowledge of FMCG/FMCD/Food product standards, packaging, and shelf life
(3)具备出色的供应商谈判能力、成本分析技巧及供应商管理经验Strong vendor negotiation, cost analysis skills, and supplier management
(4)具备出色的英语沟通能力；掌握印地语/普通话为加分项Excellent English communication; Hindi/Mandarin proficiency is a plus
(5)精通MS Excel和ERP系统（Axpert）；具备多任务处理能力且注重细节Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems (Axpert); multitasking and attention to detail
(6)新供应商/产品开发的市场调研能力Market research capability for new suppliers/product development
(7)良好的团队管理能力、协调能力及分析思维Good team management, coordination, and analytical thinking
(8)熟悉亚洲、远东、欧洲及非洲市场的趋势与挑战Familiarity with Asian, Far East, Europe, and African market trends and challenges
2.补充技术条件Additional Requirements
(1)在这些产品类别中与全球供应商开展国际贸易/进口的经验Experience in international trading/import with global suppliers in these product categories
(2)需具备每月至少处理150-200个集装箱装载量及4000-5000个SKU（非洲市场优先考虑每月500个以上集装箱）的经验Experience handling a minimum of 150–200 container loads/month and 4000–5000 SKUs (preferably 500+ containers/month for Africa markets)
(3)每笔交易至少管理10家供应商和客户Managed at least 10 suppliers and customers per transaction
(4)国际贸易中的风险敞口，特别是与中国、欧洲、远东及非洲的贸易往来Exposure in Willingness to travel internationally for vendor visits/trade fairs
(5)愿意为供应商访问/贸易展览会进行国际旅行international trading, especially with China, Europe, Far East, Africa

4.学历证书Qualification:Qualification:
(1)工商管理、商业、国际贸易或相关专业学士学位Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or any stream
(2)优先考虑拥有MBA/研究生学历的供应链管理/国际商务专业学位；具备采购管理/供应链管理认证将更具优势MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain / International Business preferred; Certification in Purchase Management/Supply Chain is an advantage
5.工作经验Work Experience：
(1)9-10年以上采购/采购或出口贸易经验，优先考虑在快速消费品/ FMCD /食品或进出口贸易公司任职；需具备与国际供应商及经销商合作的经验。9 – 10+ years in purchasing/procurement or export trading, preferably in FMCG/FMCD/Food or export-import companies; must have experience dealing with international suppliers and vendors.
