岗位职责：
1.航运管理 Shipping Management
(1)与船公司、报关行（CHA）及货运代理合作，确保出口业务顺畅运行Work with shipping lines, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth export operations.
(2)负责订舱、报关申报、提单确认、退税及其他外贸操作Handle booking, customs declaration, bill of lading confirmation, rebates, and other foreign trade operations.
(3)每日跟进装箱/拆箱情况，确保出口运输顺利进行Maintain daily follow-up on stuff/unstuff containers and ensure smooth export movements.
2.单证与合规Documentation & Compliance
(1)确保各类出口单证（发票、申报文件、检验报告等）准确无误Ensure accurate preparation of shipping-related documents (invoices, declarations, inspection reports).
(2)完整记录并跟踪运费、货物运输及检验情况Maintain complete tracking and records of freight, shipments, and inspections.
3.发运前后管理Pre- & Post-Shipping Operations
(1)全面负责发运前及发运后的流程及检验管理Responsible for overseeing the entire pre- and post-shipping
(2)监控货物运输，确保符合出口法规要求Monitor shipments closely to ensure compliance with export regulations.
(3)与检验部门协调，确保及时放行/inspection process. Coordinate with the inspection department for timely clearances.
4.供应商与内部协调 Supplier & Department Coordination
(1)与内部使用部门及供应商协作，提高效率并确保按时交付Work with user departments and suppliers to increase productivity and ensure the timely delivery of goods/services.
(2)协调解决运输或单证问题Coordinate with teams to resolve shipping or documentation issues.
(3)与各部门保持一致，支持整体出口业务运作Support overall export operations by aligning with internal departments.
5.技术与报告 Technology & Reporting
(1)使用MS Office及日常系统进行单证管理和报告编制Use MS Office and other day-to-day computer programs to manage documentation and reporting. Implement advanced Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
(2)运用高级Excel工具进行数据分析与报告Implement advanced Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
(3)跟踪运输情况、待处理事项及运营进展Track and report on shipments, pending issues, and operational updates.
(4)定期向管理层及相关团队发布报告Publish regular status reports for management and concerned teams.



岗位要求：
1.技能知识能力Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
(1)扎实的航运/物流专业知识，能够处理高体量业务（最高约800柜/月）Apply strong shipping/logistics knowledge to handle high-volume shipments (up to 800 containers/month).
(2)良好的客户关系管理及团队管理能力Relationship management and manpower management skills.
(3)较强的问题解决能力及创新能力，以提升供应链效率并控制成本Utilize problem-solving and generate new ideas for faster supply chain execution, improvement, and cost control.
(4)优秀的沟通能力（必须具备英语能力；懂印地语或普通话优先）Excellent communication skills – English mandatory; knowledge of Hindi or Mandarin is a plus.
(5)熟练使用MS Excel及ERP系统Good command over MS Excel, ERP systems.
(6)具备多任务处理能力，良好的时间管理和细节把控能力Multitasker with strong time management and attention to detail.
2.补充技术条件Additional Requirements
(1)熟悉报关行/货代业务Experience with CHA/Freight Forwarder,
(2)至少2年团队管理经验at least 2 years team leading,
(3)6年以上行业经验，精通进出口管理6+ years industry experience, strong in Exim/export management.
(4)有非洲市场（东非、西非、中非）经验者优先Exposure to African markets (East, West, Central Africa) is highly desirable

4.学历证书Qualification:
(1)本科及以上学历（商业、贸易、国际贸易或相关专业）Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or related field
(2)MBA或供应链管理/国际商务相关研究生学历优先MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management / International Business (preferred),
(3)必须具备英语沟通能力English speaking is mandatory
