About the Role
ALS Global Shipping & Logistics is expanding its presence in China and is seeking an entrepreneurial,
commercially driven General Manager – China to establish, develop and lead our new China branch
operations.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for building the China business from the
ground up, developing strategic customers and suppliers, overseeing logistics and commercial
operations, managing branch performance and ensuring strong coordination between China and the
Group's international network.
The successful candidate will combine commercial leadership, operational discipline, China
market knowledge and international business capability. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-
on leader who enjoys building businesses, developing teams and creating long-term customer and
supplier relationships.
