We are looking for a Sales/Export Agent to join our trading company in China. As a Sales/Export Agent. you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and maintaining existing accounts, coordinating shipments and logistics, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers and suppliers
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Negotiating contracts and addressing any concerns or complaints that customers may have
* Developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and tracking sales performance
Coordinating shipments and ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition
* Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to import and export
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent English communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of import/export regulations. Additionally, you should be able to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly and have excellent computer and excel skills.
